某金矿浮选工艺流程试验研究

摘    要:根据某金矿中金以细粒、微细粒赋存于黄铁矿中的特点,试验对比了粗精矿再磨、粗精矿再磨—中矿分级再磨以及强化粗选—中矿分级再磨的三种工艺方案,试验结果表明:保持原磨矿系统不变的条件下,采用粗选添加硫酸强化粗选—中矿分级再磨,再磨细度为-45μm占75%的工艺流程,获得了精矿金品位41.60 g/t、回收率82.61%的选别指标,试验指标较好,工艺流程稳定可行。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of a gold ore, that gold exists in the pyrite with fine particle and micro-fine particle, three process schemes were compared by rough concentrate regrinding, rough concentrate regrinding and middlings concentration screening regrinding respectively, adding sulfuric acid in roughing and middlings concentration screening regrinding process. The results show, keeping the original grinding system under the same conditions, the satisfactory index of the gold concentrate with gold grade of 41.60 g/t and recovery of 82.61% was achieved under the roughing additions of sulfuric acid and middlings concentration screening regrinding, regrinding fineness -0.045mm 75% of the process. The process is stable and feasible.
