摘    要:安全稳定控制装置作为电力系统安全稳定的有力防线,广泛地应用于各大区域电网及重要水电输出通道,其对故障的判断是否正确直接影响到整个区域电网的安全可靠稳定运行。针对一次安控装置在线路无故障时的一次误判,提出一种电流变化量闭锁条件,可以有效地避免安控装置在无开关位置开入的条件下因其他线路功率大幅改变而对本线路造成线路无故障跳闸的误判,并通过现场实例进行模拟验证,该电流变化量闭锁判据能有效地避免安控装置在特殊条件下的误判。

Abstract:As a powerful security and stability defense in the power system security and stability control device, has been widey used in major regional power grid and major hydroelectric output channels. The correct judgments of the fault will directly affect secure and stable operation of the entire region grid. This paper presents a locking method of the current variation, based on a false judgment of the safety control device when no fault is in the line. This method can effectively avoid the misjudgment of security control device that caused the line no-fauh tripping without the switch position, due to the significant changes of power in the other lines. Through the simulation verification on-site examples, the current variation criterion can effectively avoid blocking security control device misjudgment under special conditions.
