摘    要:研究网络重构是配电网运行及优化的重要功能之一,在各种重构算法中,网络模型通常采用放射性的拓扑结构。为保证重构结构满足拓扑的放射性约束,把放射约束的数学模型纳入到含分布式电源(DG)的网络重构系统中,使以往复杂的方法转化为一个简单而有效的方法。进而把该放射性约束条件运用于基于粒子群优化算法的配电网重构中,克服了粒子群寻优的盲目性,提高运算速度。最后通过IEEE33和IEEE69节点算例表明,放射性条件的约束和DG的引入能够更进一步实现整个网络重构方案的优化。

Abstract:Study of network reconfiguration is one of the important functions of power distribution network operation and optimization. The topology of the network model usually adopts radial structure. To guarantee the reconstructed topology satisfy the radial constraint and make traverse methods used in the previous algorithm into a simple and effective way, the mathematical model of radial constraints is integrated into the reconstructed network with distributed power (DG). And then, the radial constraints are applied in power distribution network reconfiguration based on particle swarm optimization algorithm, to overcome the blindness of the particle swarm optimization and improve the operation speed. Finally, IEEE33 and IEEE69 node calculation examples are conducted. The results show that the radial constraint conditions and the introduction of DG further realize the optimization of the whole network reconfiguration scheme.
