| 摘 要： | 青海某金矿选矿厂浮选尾矿难以沉降,浓密机溢流跑浑严重,回水无法使用,浮选尾矿远低于下一工序(氰化浸出)对浓度的要求。为此开展了浮选尾矿浓缩试验研究,试验采用了旋流器预浓缩,分析了旋流器沉砂口及给矿压力对浓缩效率的影响,进行了旋流器溢流絮凝剂筛选试验,确定了适合旋流器溢流的5250絮凝剂及用量。在旋流器给矿浓度为23.94%、-74μm含量为79.83%的情况下,尾矿综合固体浓度达到47.76%,解决了选矿厂回水循环利用及浮选尾矿氰化浸出对浓度的要求。
