陕西某辉锑矿选矿试验研究

对陕西某难选辉锑矿进行了选矿试验研究。该矿石中含有黏土矿物高岭石和伊利石,同时黄铁矿和砷黄铁矿含量高,选矿难度增加。通过矿浆调整剂、辉锑矿的捕收剂、黄铁矿和砷黄铁矿抑制剂条件优化试验研究,闭路试验获得良好的选矿指标:锑精矿锑品位65.12%、回收率为91.56%,精矿砷含量0.20%。

Experimental Research on Mineral Processing of a Stibnite in Shaanxi

This experimental study sample is selected from some refractory stibnite in Shaanxi province. The ore contain the clay mineral kaolinite and illite, and the highly content of the pyrite and arsenopyrite ,which increased the mineral separation difficulty. Through experimental study on optimization of conditions of pulp modifying agent, collecting agent of stibnite, pyrite and arsenopyrite antimonite inhibitor, finally get good beneficiation indexes. The obtained stibnite has a concentrate grade Sb of 65.12%, a recovery of 91.56%, and content of arsenic 0.20%.
