摘    要:为解决直吹式制粉系统一次风机电耗较大、中速辊式磨煤机静环吹损较严重、煤粉细度偏小等问题,通过对磨煤机出口一次风速、磨煤机入口风压等关键点的控制,较系统的优化制粉系统通风量,达到降低能耗、提高锅炉效率的试验目的,对同类型机组的优化试验有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to decline power consumption of primary air fan in the direct - firing pulverized system, improve severe static ring damage of roller mill and adjust pulverized coal fineness, primary air of the system was optimized effectively by controlling such key parameters as discharged primary air velocity and inlet air pressure of coal pulverizers. Experimental results show that mill energy consumption has been decreased and boiler efficiency has been improved distinctly. This work will be of important significance for optimization of the same type units.
