摘    要:针对水轮机磨蚀长期无过机水流监测指标及水轮机磨蚀破坏实况,对水机过流的各项物理指标、磨蚀发生的部位以及形态进行了监测,在获得各项物理指标基础上对水轮机的磨蚀机理进行了分析。结果表明,采用现场观察、数值模拟等措施可较为准确地预测水轮机磨蚀破坏的发展趋势,并为水轮机的适时检修提供依据。

Abstract:According to the monitoring index of no passing turbine flow for cavitation and destructive condition of water turbine,this paper monitors various physical indexes of flow,cavitation site and modality.Based on the obtained various physical indexes,cavitation principle of water turbine is analyzed.Results show that the measures with site observation and numerical simulation can be used to predict the development tendency of cavitation destruction for water turbine and provide the evidence for real-time maintenance.
