| 摘 要： | 冷轧生产线主要以引进国外为主,通过研究彩涂生产线的控制系统,可以消化吸收国外的先进控制技术,为自主集成自有知识产权的生产线创造了条件,同时为培训提供了素材。根据唐钢彩涂板生产线,简要介绍了生产线的工艺流程以及自动化控制系统的构成,简述了生产线的主要控制功能、控制方式以及主要设备的控制形式。

| Abstract: | After researching the control system of color coating line,the overseas advanced control technique is absorbed,and the self-determination integration product line becomes possible.The teaching material is provided.According to TangGang color-coating production line,the composing craft in production process and automation control system are introduced.The main control function of production line,control method and the control form of main equipments are briefly described. |
