茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜的降解行为

摘    要:采用红外光谱法(IR)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)和传统线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)薄膜进行跟踪测试,研究其降解行为。通过IR研究mLLDPE和LLDPE的光氧化,结果发现,mLLDPE的羰基指数及不饱和双键的变化快于LLDPE;利用DSC研究热力学降解,结果发现,mLLDPE的氧化初始温度及焓的变化也明显低于LLDPE。

Abstract:The properties of metallocene linear low density polyethene(mLLDPE) and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) films were analyzed with infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry after irradiating under ultraviolet ray.for different times.The variation in carbony index and unsatursted carbon-carbon bond of mLLDPE is faster than those of LLDPE.The initial temperature of oxidation and variation in enthalpy of melting of mLLDPE is also significantly lower than LLDPE.
