软接触结晶器结构对磁场分布影响的研究

摘    要:试验研究了软接触电磁连铸结晶器内的磁场分布规律,考察了开缝数、切缝宽度以及感应线圈对结晶器的相对高度对磁场的影响。试验结果表明:增加开缝数不但提高了结晶器的透磁性,而且使磁场沿圆周方向的分布更加均匀,但降低了磁场沿轴向和径向分布的均匀性;开缝宽度对开缝处的轴向磁场影响较大,对其他位置处磁场的影响不明显;轴线上磁感应强度的最大值及其位置随感应线圈的上升而增大且位置上移。

Abstract:Influence of the slit number, the slit width and the height of the coil relative to the soft contacting mold on the distribution of magnetic flux density in the soft contacting mold are studied by experiments in this paper. The results show that the magnetic flux density becomes larger and more uniform along the circumference but less uniform in the direction of the axis and the radial with the increment of the slit number; the slit width has some effect on the magnetic flux density along the slit but little effect on the magnetic flux density at other positions; the magnetic field along the axis becomes less uniform,the maximum value of magnetic flux density becomes larger and its position rises as the coils rises i e. The distance between the top of coils and the top of mold becomes less.
