| 摘 要： | 为解决以往公路网规划评价确定权重的问题,借助于DEA(数据包络分析)的C2R模型,建立综合评价模型.为避免评价结果“偏好”于某一或某类指标的现象出现,将专家调查和层次分析法结合在一起,为每个指标的权重设定范围,应用改进的C2R模型对2020年北京市公路网规划方案进行综合评价,结果表明:经过改进的DEA评价方法更加公正、客观、合理.

| Abstract: | In order to solving subjective problems in deciding influencing factors value of highway network comprehensive planning,this paper put forward a comprehensive evaluation model with C~2R of DEA,and set up a comprehensive evaluation model.In order to avoid the evaluation result being prone to a certain or certain kind,this method band expert investigate method and step analysis method together,give confine for each factor.The improved C~2R model has been used to evaluate highway network planning in Beijing by the year of 2020,the result show that the improved DEA evaluation method is move equity,objective,reasonable than others. |
