GaAs高速差分放大电路
摘    要:本文简要说明了GaAs差分放大电路基本原理,详细分析了GaAs差分放大电路的直流特性、小信号特性及电路转移特性,并利用“MSINC”程序对GaAs差分放大电路稳态及瞬态特性进行了计算机模拟分析。结合模拟结果和电路应用要求,对电路参数进行了优化设计。实验制作的电路在低频下电压增益达18dB,1GHz下为8dB,测试条件下增益带宽积为2.5GHz。作为输入缓冲级用于GaAs高速分频器和D触发器电路,已得到初步结果。


GaAs High Speed Differential Amplifier
Abstract:This paper briefly describes the operation principle of GaAs high speed differential amplifier,and analyzes the DC,small-signal and transfer characteristics of the circuit.The steady and transient characteristics of the circuit were simulated with the program MSINC. We combined the simulating result with the demands for the amplifier to optimize the circuit's parameters. At low frequency, the voltage-gain of the experimentally fabricated amplifier is 18dB; at IGHz 8dB. In measuring conditions, the gain-bandwidth product is 2.5GHz.As an input buffer of GaAs frequency divider and D-F/F, it has shown satisfactory results.
