摘    要:深入探讨了薄壁金刚石工程钻头激光焊接的技术及装备发展现状及趋势。针对金刚石钻头结构特点和焊接工艺特点,综合分析了德国Dr.Fritsch公司、韩国Diex公司及华中科技大学激光加工国家工程研究中心研制生产的三种激光焊接装备的结构,包括基体、刀头的传送、夹紧、焊接方式。总结了目前国际上广泛采用的板条、轴快流、横流CO_2激光器的特点及其成套系统的匹配性。

Abstract:This paper aimed to deeply investigate the domestic and abroad status and trend for the laser welding technology and equipment of diamond core drill bit.On the basis of the characteristics of diamond core drill bit structure and its welding technology,three kinds of laser welding equipment were analyzed synthetically for German Dr.fritsch co.,Korea Diex co.,and self-developed laser welding system,including their feeding and clamping and welding methods between steel body and dia- mond segment.Then the paper briefly introduced the gas laser source widely used in the world as slab CO_2 laser,fast-flow CO_2 laser,traverse-flow CO_2 laser and their compatibility with laser welding system.
