变负载阀控马达系统的阈值开关模糊PID控制

摘    要:阀控马达系统在实际生产中应用广泛。文中采用Matlab工具箱中的S函数实现了对一种特殊的变负载阀控马达系统数学模型的建立。在分析模糊PD控制器原理的基础上,充分地结合传统PID控制精度高和模糊PD控制器动态性能好的特点,设计了一种阈值型模糊PID算法,通过在Matlab/Simulink中仿真分析对比,表明了这种算法的有效性。

Abstract:Valve-Controlled Motor System is widely used in the industry condition. This paper founded a mathematic model to a kind of the special valve-controlled motor system with varying load using the S-function in the Matlab's toolbox. Based on analyzing the principle of fuzzy PD controller, combining sufficiently the advantage of the high precision of the traditional PID controller and the fine dynamic feature of the fuzzy PD controller which has a nice, and we design a fuzzy PID controller with the threshold switch. The effectiveness of the arithmetic has been proved through simulating in Matlab/Simulink.
