宝浪油田煤层封堵剂配方及其性能

研制了以水溶性热固树脂、耐温聚合物、超微粉体颗粒增强剂及延迟剂组成的煤层封堵剂，并对封堵剂性能进行评价。结果表明，该封堵剂初始粘度低，流动性能好，成胶时间可调；可渗入煤层孔缝与煤层胶结性能好，固化后具有吸水微膨胀性能，能压实软煤层；煤层封堵剂耐高温、高压和高矿化度，耐腐蚀性能强，具有较高的成胶强度和封堵能力，封堵率达99．6％以上。

The properties in absorbing water after it was solidified, therefore good resistance to high -temperature, high pressure, and high plugging agent has high gel strength and plugging performance with plugging ratio over 99.6%.
