摘    要:本文对分别掺入超细矿粉和粉煤灰微珠的C80自密实混凝土工作性能、抗压强度和自收缩性能进行了对比试验研究。结果表明:掺加微珠配制的混凝土工作性能显著优于掺加超细矿粉;掺加微珠的混凝土抗压强度随着养护龄期的延长呈现出稳定增长的趋势;微珠混凝土早期抗压强度低于超细矿粉混凝土,但微珠混凝土后期抗压强度超过超细矿粉混凝土。HCSA膨胀剂对掺加微珠的混凝土补偿收缩效果较好。

Abstract:The C80 self-compacting concrete made by respectively adding the ultrafine slag and fly-ash microsphere were compared through the tests.The results showed that: the working performance of concrete adding microsphere is significantly better than adding superfine slag powder,the compressive strength of concrete adding microsphere with the prolonging of curing age showed a steady growth trend,and although the compressive strength of concrete adding microsphere is lower than concrete adding superfine slag powder at early age,at late age,the compressive strength is higher.HCSA expansion agent can compensate shrinkage effect on concrete prepared by adding the microsphere.
