基于ADAMS的自卸车举升机构设计与仿真

摘    要:针对自卸车举升机构的传统设计方法需要建立物理样机耗资大的问题,在完成举升机构的经验设计后,利用Pro/E和ADAMS建立举升机构的虚拟样机并对其进行动力学仿真,可直观地检测出经验设计产品是否符合实际要求,为今后举升机构的优化设计提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Traditional design method of tipper lifting mechanism needs to build physical prototype.In this paper,after finishing the experience design of the lifting mechanism,we use ADAMS to establish the virtual prototype of the lifting mechanism and carry on the dynamic simulation,to intuitively detect whether the experience design can meet the actual requirements or not.This simulation method can provide certain theoretical basis for the optimization design of the lifting mechanism in the future.
