3Cr2Mo模具钢高速铣削力数学模型的研究

摘    要:在改进传统切削力经验公式的基础上,以3Cr2Mo塑料模具钢为研究对象,利用高速铣削力的实验数据,通过构造方程组和矩阵,推导并求解出3Cr2Mo塑料模具钢铣削力的数学模型。对计算的切削力理论值和实验获得的实测值进行了比较,结果表明该铣削力数学模型的误差可控制在6%以内,能满足实际工程要求。

Abstract:On the basis of improving the traditional cutting force formula,high-speed milling force model of 3Cr2Mo plastic mold steel is derived and solved out by using of the experimental data of high-speed cutting force of 3Cr2Mo steel and constructing equations and matrix.The comparison of milling force calculated and measured shows that the accuracy of the mathematical model of milling force can be controlled in 6% and can meet practical engineering requirements.
