焊管机械扩径力的计算

摘    要:针对扩径工艺中扩径力计算过程中计算值与实际值存在较大差距的问题,在已有研究成果基础上,采用主应力法对厚壁钢管冷扩胀变形过程进行了分析,根据材料M ises屈服条件,推导出扩径力的计算公式。并通过对直径为1 016 mm,壁厚17.5 mm,材质为X70的钢管取样进行试验,验证了计算公式。结果表明,推导出的扩径力计算公式计算精度可控制在15%内,满足工程计算要求。

Abstract:During calculation of expanding force,the big difference exists between calculation value and actual value.On the basis of the former research results,adopting principle stress method to analyze cold expanding deformation course for thick wall steel pipe.According to yield condition of Mises material,the calculation formula was got,moreover,the formula was verified through tests,sampling from X70 grade steel pipe with OD 1016mm and 17.5mm thickness.The results showed that the precision of expanding force calculation formula can be controlled within 15%,it can meet project requirements.
