摘    要:为了解复合底排推进剂中AP氧化剂的含量及AP颗粒的大小对推进剂表观燃速的影响,利用一种综合燃烧模型,通过对燃烧过程的简化,计算了AP氧化剂不同粒径尺寸对底排推进剂燃速的影响,并和实验结果进行了比较.在此基础上,对不同AP含量的底排推进剂燃速进行了预测计算.结果表明,AP含量越高,底排推进剂的燃速越大;AP颗粒尺寸与底排推进剂燃速是非线性、非单调变化的关系.当AP粒径小于150μm时,AP颗粒尺寸越大,推进剂燃速越低;但AP粒径等于200μm时的推进剂燃速略高于150μm时的燃速.

Abstract:To study the effects of weight and particle size of AP on burning rate of composite base bleed propellant(CBBP),a comprehensive model was used to simplify and simulate the combustion process.The effect of particle size of AP on burning rate of CBBP was calculated,and the calculated results were compared with experimental results.On this basis,the burning rates of CBBP with different weight of AP were predicted.The results show that the burning rate increases with the increase of the weight of AP,and the relationship between particle size of AP and burning rate is non-linear and non-monotonic.While the AP particle size is less than 150 μm,the larger the particle size,the lower the burning rate;the burning rate while the AP particle size is 200 μm is slightly higher than that while the size is 150 μm.
