直流无刷电机换相时机的调整

摘    要:直流无刷电机BLDCM(Brushless DC Motor)采用电子换相代替机械换相,兼有交流电机和直流电机的优点。提出了在磁场畸变的情况下,应将直流无刷电机换相时机从几何中性线处调整到物理中型线处。仿真结果表明:此调整方案可使电机的电磁转矩提高约10%。

Abstract:Brushless DC Motor uses the electronic phase change to replace the mechanical phase change.It possesses the merits of both AC motor and the DC motor. Considering the magnetic field distortion,this article sug- gests to adjust the opportunity of phase change in Brushless DC Motor.The simulation result shows that the electro- magnetic torque of the motor increases about 10% after adjusting the phase change opportunity.
