| 摘 要： | 本文对四川泸威输气管线出兴隆站0．73km处管线破裂原因进行了分析。通过对断口形貌、开裂部位及起裂源裂纹形态的观察；实测管材机械性能的变化和输送天然气腐蚀性的分析，认为管线破裂是由于湿H2S导致的氢诱发裂纹（HIC），在外力作用下相互连接，使管壁承载壁厚减薄的结果。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes fracture reasons of Lu Wei gas pipeline at location of 0. 73 km away from Xinglong station. After fracture formed,breakinS location and crack morphology are investigated,mechanical properties of pipe are actually measured and corrosiveness of pipeline gas is analyzed. It is considered that the pipeline fracture is the result of HIC under effect of external force and pipe-wall thinning out. |
