冷却速度对A356铝合金变质效果的影响

摘    要:采用不同铸型的阶梯形试样,分别添加量为0.04%的Al—10%Sr中间合金和1%的三元钠盐变质剂对A356熔体进行变质处理。研究了冷却速度对A356合金变质效果的影响和这两种变质剂对冷却速度的敏感性。结果表明:冷却速度越大,枝晶间距越小,变质效果越好;Na变质对于冷却速度的敏感性高于Sr。

Abstract:A356 melt was modified separatively by Al-10%Sr master alloy and ternary modification. The influence of cooling rate on modification effect of A356 alloy and the sensitivity of these two modification on the cooling rate were studied. The results showed that the faster cooling rate, the shorter dendrite arm, the better refinement effect. The sensitivity of Na modifier is more sensitiver on the cooling rate than St.
