摘    要:基于智能客户端技术进行防汛信息服务系统设计与开发,是防汛信息服务系统在现代计算机信息处理技术条件下的发展方向之一。从阐述传统防汛指挥系统面临的困难着手,详细介绍基于智能客户端的防汛信息服务系统设计模式、业务流程以及数据处理技术等,旨在为研发基于.Net平台和智能客户端的防汛决策指挥业务系统提供一些思路和参考。

Abstract:Smart client technology feature-based system design and development is one of progress directions for flood control system based on computer information processing technology. First, the author elaborates difficulties that traditional system has confronted with. Then system design patterns, operation procedures, data processing technology and so on are presented detailedly aimed at providing new ideas and experience for reference of flood control decisionmaking and commanding system development from .Net and smart client technology.
