摘    要:真空罐盖是VD精炼炉的重要组成部分。利用Workbench完成VD-120 t精炼炉真空罐盖三维有限元结构分析;进行了真空罐盖不同加强筋结构的形变及应力分析、结构优化设计,并分析得到减小罐盖形变、应力的方法。

Abstract:Vacuum cover is one of the most important parts of the vacuum degas refining furnace. By using Workbench software, we have finished the three-dimensional finite-element structural analysis of the vacuum cover used in vacuum degas- 120 t refining furnace. To optimize the design of the vacuum cover, we have developed various kinds of strengthen tendon that soldered on the vacuum cover, and analyzed the deformation and stress distribution of the different structures in order to find the best one. Besides, we have obtained a better way to reduce the deformation and stress generated on the vacuum cover during operation.
