摘    要:在服务设计理念的指导下,优化新媒体装置在红官窑展厅中的应用策略,结合新媒体装置的优势,提升现代展厅的流畅度与交互性。通过分析新媒体装置的功能特征和现实基础,得出新媒体装置在展厅中的应用优势及功能特性,并结合红官窑展厅案例总结出新媒体装置在展厅中的一般设计流程及设计应用。以用户为中心的服务设计理念推动着现代红官窑展厅的迭代发展,新媒体技术的应用在提升红官窑展厅交互性、感官性的同时,也将成为其发展的重要推动力。

Abstract:Under the guidance of the service design concept, aspects of optimizing the application strategy of the new media devices in the Hong Guan Kiln exhibition hall, integrating the advantages of the new media device to improve the fluency and interactivity of the modern exhibition hall were studied. By analyzing the functional characteristics and realistic basis of the new media devices, the application advantages and functional characteristics of the new media devices in the exhibition hall were obtained, and the general design process and design application of the new media devices in the exhibition hall were summarized in conjunction with the case of the Hong Guan Kiln exhibition hall. The user-centered service design concept promoted the iterative development of the modern Hong Guan Kiln exhibition hall. The application of new media technology would become an important driving force in its development while enhance the interactive and sensory attributes of the Hong Guan Kiln exhibition hall.
