| Abstract: | Based on experimental data and analysis of the heat and mass transfer mechanism, a semi-empirical model for dielectrically-assisted convective drying of shrinkable and hygroscopic materials with internal resistance to mass flow has been derived and used to simulate radio-frequency drying of the seed quality broad bean (Vicia Faba)1. |
