毒菌克粉剂中病毒灵和甲基硫菌灵的高效液相色谱分析

摘    要:应用高效液相色谱法,以苯甲酸甲酯为内标对农药毒菌克中的有效成分病毒灵和甲基硫菌灵含量同时进行测定,色谱条件:Hypersil ODS C18柱流动相由甲醇、水组成,方法中病毒灵和甲基硫菌灵的平均变异系数分别为0.16%和0.94%,回收率分别为97.0%和98.0%。

Abstract:In this paper, an analysis method for the determination of Dujunke powder by HPLC using benzoic acid methyl ester as internal standard is introduced. The HPLC condition are Hypersil ODS C18 column V (MEOH): V (Water) as mobil phase, The average cofficient of variantion for guanidine merpholinium hydrochoride and methylthiophanate are 0.16% and 0.94%, the coefficient of linear correlation are 0.9992 and 0.9993, the average recovery are 97.0% and 98.0% respectively.
