汽车空调变排量压缩机耐久台的研制

Development of durability test rig for automobile air-conditioning compressor

General scheme and working principle of durability test rig for the automobile air-conditioning compressor are presented which can use real refrigeration system for automobile. The features of rig include that both variable displacement compressor and fixed displacement compressor can be tested, working environment can be simulated for compressor, condenser and evaporator individually, real refrigeration system for automobile can be tested,the corresponding relationship of compressor＇s rotation speed and condenser air speed can be simulated,the range of test condition is extensive,and control precision is high. The test results show that the rig＇s performance meet the requirement of the rele vant standards.
