摘    要:中央空调变频节能改造是合同能源管理产业重要的技术方向之一。变频节能改造全年节电率预测的准确性关系到改造项目的可行性、业主的积极性、节能服务公司的投资风险及回收年限,因此探讨研究科学合理的节电率预测方法十分必要。本文分析变流量情况下冷冻水泵、冷却水泵的节电率及变流量对冷水机组COP的影响,并在此基础上,对现行变频节能改造全年节电率预测方法进行改进,最后通过实例论证这一节电率预测方法的准确性。

Abstract:Frequency energy-saving reconstruction of central air-conditioning is one of the important technical directions of energy management contract industry. The prediction accuracy of annual power saving rate is related to the feasibility of the reconstruction project,the enthusiasm of the owners, the investment risk and the recovery period of energy service companies, so it is essential to study scientific and rational energy-saving method for predicting. The power saving rate of chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps under the varying flow conditions and its effect on COP are analyzed. On this basis, the existing method for predicting annual power saving rate of frequency energy-saving reconstruction is improved, and the accuracy of this method is proved through an example.
