可充碱锰电池的研究

摘    要:本文简介了可充碱锰电池(RAM)研究应用的进程和现状,探讨了RAM电池在实用化上的障碍及其解决途径。对我们研制的AA型RAM电池,在不同放电制度下进行了大量测试,并在不同用电器具上实用。测试结果表明,RAM电池在各种放电制度下100%DOD放电可以循环50次以上,并具有良好的抗过放能力和贮存性能,尤其重负荷放电(如1Ω连放)性能优越。总体电性能达到或超过国际先进水平。

Research on Rechargeable Alkaline Manganese Dioxide-Zinc Batteries

Abstract:The progress and state - of - art of research and application of rechargeable alkaline manganese dioxide -zinc batteries (RAM) were briefly described. The obstacle on practical usage of RAM and the solution were discussed. According to different discharge schemes,many tests of AA -type RAM were performed. The batteries were used in all kinds of electric appliances. The testing results indicated that the rechargeable Zn/MnO2 batteries could cycle more than 50 times at 100% DOD under various discharge schemes,and the batteries had good overdischarge resistance and performane of storage especially better heavy-load discharge(e. g. 1 resistor continuous discharge)performance. The overall electric performances of the batteries reached advanced world levels.
