摘    要:利用32位高速数字信号处理器和16位高精度AD转换芯片构建了电能质量在线监测装置。在硬件设计基础上,数字信号处理器(DSP)在软件设计中采用IQ运算格式,可有效保证计算精度。该平台通过均方根值法计算电压电流有效值,快速傅立叶变换(FFT)计算电网谐波,正负相序理论计算三相不平衡等稳态现象并且采用平方检波法可在6.8 ms内准确检测出电压跌落。实测结果表明,所设计的电能质量在线监测装置不但可以监测各种电参数,而且可以实现对电压跌落、上升等电能质量信号的准确测量。

Abstract:An on-line power quality monitoring instrument is designed based on 32 bit fast DSP and 16 bit ADC with high precision.DSP runs with IQ format to insure accuracy.This instrument can calculate the virtual value of voltage and currents,the harmonics and three-phase unbalance respectively with RMS method,FFT and phase-sequence theory and detect voltage sag in 6.8ms with square detecting method.The results of the experiment prove that the instrument can monitor precisely power parameters as well as voltage sag and swell.Besides these,the accuracy of harmonic measurement can reach grade A.The instrument has a high accuracy as well as stability.
