多层带式干燥机风速场的CFD模拟及检验

摘    要:多层带式干燥机箱内风速分布不均匀是导致干燥效率低、干燥不均匀的主要原因。对多层带式干燥机风速场进行了实验研究,建立了多层带式干燥机箱的CFD理论模型,对其风速场进行了数值模拟,并与实验测试结果进行对比,认为用CFD方法模拟多层带式干燥机箱内风速场是可行的。

Abstract:Lack of homogeneity of the air velocities in the chamber of multi-layer dryer often seems to be the main factor which leads to poor drying efficiency and non-homogeneous of the products. The velocity field in the chamber of multi-layer dryer was studied in this paper. CFD(computational fluid dynamics) model for multi-layer dryer is established. The 3-D CFD model was used to forecast the velocity field in the chamber of through multi-layer dryer. The predictions were checked against the results of the experiments and CFD was considered practicable.
