杂多酸催化苯氧化合成苯酚反应研究

摘    要:制备出 Keggin和 Dawson两种结构的钼钒磷杂多酸。化学方法分析其元素组成。用 IR、XRD等手段对杂多酸进行结构物相分析。并将其应用于苯氧化合成苯酚反应 ,研究反应温度、催化剂浓度等因素对催化剂活性的影响规律。在温度范围 60~ 70℃ ,催化剂浓度 0 .0 1 7~ 0 .0 2 7mol/ L,H2 O2 起始量为 0~ 2 .3 6m L条件下 ,苯酚收率 >1 8%,选择性 >97%。

Abstract:Molybdovanaphosphoric acid with two Dawson and Keggin structure were prepared. According to the chemical analysis, compositions of these catalysts were determined. IR and XRD were used to evidence the structure of the catalysts. Heteropoly catalyze the reaction of benzene hydroxylation with H 2O 2. The influence of temperature, catalyst concentration and initial amount of H 2O 2 on catalytic activity was examined. The yield of phenol was over 18% and the selectivity was over 97% under the optimum conditions. The temperature was 60~70 ℃,catalyst concentration was between 0.017~ 0.027 mol/L, initial amount of H 2O 2 was from 0~2.36 mL.
