摘    要:溢流阀作为多路阀的过载保护阀,其性能的好坏直接影响多路阀的性能和工作的可靠性。文中分析了某型先导式溢流阀的静态特性,并在AMESim环境下建立了仿真模型。通过静、动态分析,优化了阀的内部参数,提高了阀的可靠性。

Abstract:Hydraulic piloted relief valve as an overload relief valve of the multitandem valve, its performance has a direct impact on the reliability of the work of the multitandem valve. The paper analyzed working principle of hydraulic piloted relief valve and built the model of valve through HCD database of AMESim. It can improve stability of valves through dynamic and statistic analysis and optimizing internal parameters of valves.
