香料肉桂腈合成新工艺研究

摘    要:采用一种新的合成方法,以苯甲醛和乙腈为原料,以氢氧化钾为碱催化剂,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵为相转移催化剂,并以乙腈作为溶剂来制备肉桂腈。针对催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等与缩合反应有关的影响因素进行了研究,从而确定了较好的缩合反应条件。试验结果表明:氢氧化钾对于此缩合反应是一个良好的碱性催化剂,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵是经济性最佳的相转移催化剂,而且反应时间短,后处理简单,收率高,可达到降低肉桂腈生产成本的要求,易于实现工业化。

Abstract:The new synthetic technology for cinnamonitrile was studied in this article. The henzaldehydc and aeetonitrile were used as raw materials, KOH was used as catalyst, the lauryl trimethylammonium chloride was worked as phase transfer cata- lyst(PTC), and acetonitrilc was used as solvent. The amount of catalyst, reaction temperature, and reaction time that had in- fluence to Knoevenagel condensation was investigated. The results showed that KOH was an excellent catalyst, the lauryl trim- ethyhumnonium chloride was also an economical phase transfer catalyst. Moreover, it is a short, convenient and high yield re action that is easy to operale in industrial scale which meets the requirement of cost reduction finally.
