| 摘 要： | 储缆绞车与双滚筒摩擦绞车一起构成大型收放绞车,用于深水或超深水铺管船上的收弃管作业。储缆绞车主要起容绳作用,由电机、减速器、齿轮传动装置、储缆滚筒、链传动装置、排缆器、机架等组成。根据设计要求,选择了电动机和减速器,设计了齿轮传动和链传动,并对储缆滚筒和排缆器进行了结构设计和相应的强度计算。设计的储缆绞车可作为3 000 m水深铺管船的铺管设备,可储直径φ116 mm的钢缆3 500 m以上。

| Abstract: | AR winch consist of a storage winch and a double-drum friction winch,which apply to deploying and retreating pipeline for deepwater or ultra deepwater pipe laying vessel.The storagewinch is used in storage the cable.It consists of motor,reducer,gear drive,storage roller,sprocket drive,aligning steel rope device,frame and so on.According to design requirement,this paper the motor and reducer was selected,gear drive and sprocket drive was designed,which made the structure and strength design of storage winch and aligning steel rope device.The storage winch which is designed can use in 3000 meter pipe laying vessel.It can also be applicable for storage 3500 meter cable that diameter is 116 millimeter. |
