摘    要:对某电厂汽轮发电机组的轴承布置特点进行介绍,特别对球窝枢轴可倾瓦轴承的结构特征进行详细分析,并针对该机组启动过程中发电机非驱动端这种新型可倾瓦轴承温度异常原因进行分析研究。通过改进轴承结构,使轴承易于形成润滑油膜,提高轴承稳定性,机组再次启动后轴承温度参数满足设计要求,为以后同类型汽轮发电机调试检修运行提供借鉴。

Abstract:The bearing layout characteristics of a certain type of steam turbine generator is introduced and the structural characteristics of ball and socket pivot tilting bearing are analyzed in detail especially. The reason for the abnormal temperature of the new type of tilting pad bearing at the non-driver end of the generator in the start-up process is also studied. By improving the bearing structure, the bearing is easy to form lubricating oil film easily and the stability of the bearing is improved so that the bearing temperature can meet the design requirements when the unit is restarted.
