| 摘 要： | 介绍了某铜冶炼厂配套的320kt/a烟气制酸装置中二吸塔分酸器改造的实践经验。描述了原管槽式分酸器的腐蚀情况,并对腐蚀原因进行分析及阐述了解决思路。从分酸均匀效果、生产技术指标、使用寿命和设备造价等几个方面,对原设计的管槽式分酸器与FD合金分酸器进行了综合比较,改造后的分酸器效果显著。
