摘    要:籽粒机收既是玉米产业发展的必然之路,也是玉米机械化生产的瓶颈。为了选择适宜籽粒机收的玉米品种,本试验以20个品种的籽粒机收玉米为研究对象,比较品种间的产量、品质和安全性。结果表明,品种间产量、物理性指标(破碎率、杂质率和容重)、营养品质(粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗淀粉和水分)以及生物毒素含量(玉米赤霉烯酮、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、黄曲霉毒素B1、黄曲霉毒素B2、黄曲霉毒素G1、黄曲霉毒素G2、伏马毒素B1、伏马毒素B2)均存在显著差异。经综合产量、品质和安全指标分析,HG392、JK9685和鼎玉808这3个玉米品种比较适宜籽粒机收。

Abstract:Mechanical grain harvesting is not only the inevitable way of corn industry development,but also the bottleneck of maize mechanization production.In order to select the corn varieties suitable for mechanical grain harvesting,the yield,quality and safety of 20 varieties of corn were compared.The results showed that there were significant differences between the yield and physical index (broken rate,impurity rate and volume weight),nutritional quality(crude protein,crude fat,crude starch and moisture) and biotoxin content (DON,ZEN,AFB 1,AFB 2,AFG 1,AFG 2,FB 1 and FB 2) of different varieties.After the comprehensive analysis of the yield,quality and safety index,the HG392,JK9685 and Dingyu 808were suitable for mechanical grain harvesting.
