智能雾化系统在饲料厂的应用探索

摘    要:饲料厂在将原料转化为饲料的过程中不能避免出现原料水分蒸发损失、粉尘增多、高温、安全隐患等一系列问题,如控制不当将对企业造成严重的经济损失。探索了智能雾化系统在饲料厂应用的可行性,结果表明,该系统可以有效抑制饲料厂内的粉尘,持续雾化模式可抑尘65.55%以上,降尘71.54%以上;间歇或智能雾化模式可恒定控制车间内温度比常规车间低3~5℃,空气湿度在55%~65%。由于良好的控温湿作用,该系统有效降低原料水分蒸发造成的质量损失10%以上,配合100 mg/kg有效氯的生态电化水可杀灭车辆、人员衣服表面91.49%以上细菌。如用于年产10万t饲料厂,每年可减少损失超30万元,还可有效改善生产环境,提高生产效率,保障环保要求。

Abstract:The feed mill is mainly responsible for converting raw materials into feed.In the process of conversion,a series of problems,such as evaporation loss of raw materials,increased dust,high temperature and safety hazards,cannot be avoided.The improper control can cause serious economic losses to the enterprise.We explored the feasibility of the application of the intelligent atomization system in the feed mill.The results showed that the system could effectively suppress the dust in the feed mill.The continuous atomization mode could suppress dust by more than 65.55% and reduce dust by more than 71.54%.Intermittent or intelligent atomization mode could keep the temperature in the workshop 3-5℃ lower than the conventional workshop,and the air humidity was 55%-65%.Due to the good temperature and humidity control,the system effectively reduced the weight loss caused by evaporation of raw materials by more than 10%.The eco-electrochemical water with 100 mg/kg of effective chlorine could kill more than 91.49% of bacteria on the surface of vehicles and people's clothes.For example,for an annual output of 100,000 tons of feed mills,the annual loss could be reduced by more than 300,000 yuan,and the production environment and efficiency could be effectively improved,and environmental protection requirements could be guaranteed.
