摘    要:采用高压密闭消解法对样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定饲料中钾、钙、钠、镁、铁、铜、锌、锰。研究表明,试验建立的高压密闭消解电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法标准曲线的回归方程系数均大于0.999,方法检出限分别为0.368、0.053、0.069、0.011、0.009、0.010、0.007、0.008mg/kg,相对标准偏差均小于5%(n=7),方法具有良好的准确度和灵敏度。与国家标准规定的检测方法相比,该方法操作简便且能同时准确地测定饲料中的8种矿物质元素。

Abstract:The method of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry for determination of K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn in feed digested by the high-pressure closed digestion for the samples was established.The result showed that the good veracity and precision were obtained,and the linear correlation coefficients of the eight elements were all greater than0.999,the method detection limit was 0.368,0.053,0.069,0.011,0.009,0.010,0.007 and 0.008 mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviation was less than 5%(n=7).Compared with the national standard,it is a convenient and accuracy method to determinate the eight mineral elements in feed simultaneously.
