摘    要:针对市场上现有的大多粮食干燥机不能适应丘陵山区种植户油菜籽干燥工艺的现状,基于油菜籽干燥工艺流程设计了一种结构简单、成本低廉的小型真空热量循环的油菜籽干燥机,并对该小型油菜籽真空热循环干燥机的关键部件的参数进行设计。该油菜籽真空干燥机采用热循环系统,提高了热效率;采用螺旋输送循环机构有效的改善了干燥均匀性,可满足丘陵山区油菜籽个体种植户的干燥需求。

Abstract:Aiming at the current situation that most of the existing grain dryers on the market can not adapt to the drying process of individual rapeseed in the hilly mountainous areas, a rapeseed dryer with simple structure and low cost of small vacuum heat circulation is designed.The parameters of the key components of the small rapeseed vacuum thermal cycle dryer were designed.The vacuum rapeseed dryer adopts the thermal circulation system and improves the thermal efficiency. The spiral conveying circulation mechanism can effectively improve the uniformity of drying and meet the needs of individual rapeseed growers in hilly areas.
