摘    要:生物酶作为一种安全有效的饲料添加剂,能有效改善动物生产性能、提高饲料消化率且能减少环境污染,被广泛应用到在饲料工业中。微生态制剂是由多种严格筛选的有益微生物及其代谢产物组成的,能有效促进动物体调节肠道微生态平衡,增强机体免疫力,提高营养物质的转化吸收率,具有防病、治病以及改善生产性能等优点,在动物养殖方面的应用也十分广泛。主要阐述了生物酶和微生态制剂在饲料工业中的作用机理、研究现状、发展前景、存在的问题以及解决的方法,希望对生产实际有指导意义。

Abstract:As a safe and effective feed additive,bioenzyme can improve the performance of animal production and the digestibility of feed,and reduce environmental pollution.Probiotics is a variety of beneficial microorganisms and their metabolic products by strict screening.They can effectively promote the intestinal microecological balance,enhance the immunity,and improve nutrient absorption,and has the advantages of disease prevention and production performance improvement,which are widely applied in animal breeding.We mainly expounded the action mechanism,research status,development prospect,existing problems and solutions of biologic enzyme and micro-ecological preparation in feed industry,to provide reference for production.
