摘 要: | PHM技术在航空、工业、军事等领域得到广泛的应用。装备系统的结构组成日益复杂,哪些分系统需要安装PHM系统值得深入研究。详细研究了层次分析法与模糊综合评价法的特点和原理,根据装甲车辆的分系统构成和部队实际情况,将两种方法结合提出了综合评价模型,通过综合评价装甲车辆分系统,实现装甲车辆PHM系统的应用范围的确定,模型评价结果与专家评分基本相符,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性,为装甲装备PHM系统应用范围确定提供了借鉴。

Application Scope Determination of Vehicle PHM System Based on Comprehensive Evaluation Model |

Abstract: | Prognostic and health management (PHM) technology has been widely used in aviation,industry,military and other fields.With equipment structure is becoming more and more complex,which subsystems need to install PHM system is worth in-depth study.The characteristics and principles of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) are studied in detail.According to the composition of armored vehicle subsystems and actual situation of the troops,a comprehensive evaluation model is proposed by integrating the two methods.The model can evaluate armored vehicle subsystems comprehensively and determine the application scope of PHM system of armored vehicle.The result of model evaluation is basically consistent with that of expert evaluation,which verifies the feasibility and validity of the model.It also provides a reference for determining the application scope of armored equipment PHM system. |
