| 摘 要： | 以十二酰氯（月桂酰氯）与过氧化钠为原料合成过氧化十二烷酰，通过实验对反应收率的影响因素-合成温度、反应液浓度，反应液pH值，反应滴加方式、表面活性剂选择等进行讨论，确定过氧化十二烷酰制备的最佳工艺条件，产率可达61.4%。

| Abstract: | A new technology process for synthesis of lauroyl peroxide with lauroyl chloride and sodium peroxide was developed;The effects of different factors on the yield, such as reaction temperature, concentration of reaction, pH value of reactant, method of the reactant dropped into the reactor, choice of surfactant, were discussed, the optimum process conditions were obtained.The yield could reach 61.4 %. |
