摘    要:沙坡头水利枢纽工程是黄河干流多泥沙河段上第一座采用大型灯泡贯流式机组的电站,机组泥沙磨蚀问题突出;在工程建设过程中,主机采购方式从国际招标改为国内采购,招标方式的变化给机组参数的选择带来一定影响。此外,枢纽地处腾格里沙漠边缘,自然条件恶劣;电站接入的宁夏电网电压谐波畸变率超过国标;这些外部条件使沙坡头电站机电设计具有一定的特点。

Abstract:Shapotou Water Control Project is the first bulb tubular hydropower station constructed on the main branch of Yellow River with a heavy sediment-load and the sediment-caused abrasion problems are obvious. During the construction period of this project, the procurement of the main unit was changed from the originally planned internationally bidding to the domestic procurement, and the change of bidding method has brought some certain influence to selection of unit parameters. Furthermore, the project is located at the edge of Tenggeli desert where natural conditions are poor. The voltage harmonic deviation ratio of the Ningxia power grid to be connected to this station surpassed national standard and all these external conditions made the electric & mechanic design outstanding with some unique characteristics.
