| 摘 要： | 介绍了用于热轧无缝钢管芯棒的新型石墨润滑剂的高温润滑性能，润滑机组及工业使用情况。实践证明，新型石墨润滑剂完全满足热轧无缝钢管的工艺要求，并与进口产品性能相似，且具有操作简便、环境污染小等优点。

| Abstract: | Described in the paper are the anti-hi temperature lubrication performance,lubrication mechanisms and industrial application of the newly developed graphite lubricant for mandrel service in manufacturing hot-rolled seamless steel tubes.It has been proven via relevant operation that the said new lubricant is quite up to relative technological criteria for manufacture of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes and that compared with similar products imported from abroad,it provides such advantages as easy-to-operate,pollution reducing and so on. |
