| 摘 要： | 广州新电视塔钢结构外筒由钢管混凝土立柱、钢管环梁和钢管斜撑组成.其外框筒大型倾斜柱脚是钢结构外框筒定位和安装的基础,由于柱脚安装与混凝土施工穿插进行,需消除混凝土施工造成的安装偏差;倾斜柱脚采用锚栓群固定连接,定位困难且要求高.柱脚预埋锚栓均采用定位支架、定位环板控制其安装精度.通过采取标高调整,二次埋设等技术措施,消除了混凝土施工造成的安装偏差,达到了锚栓孔无一扩孔,一次安装到位的要求.
