摘    要:为了用中绒棉生产CJ 9.7 tex纱,优化了各工序工艺参数,优选了纺纱器材.清棉工序采用多松少打、早落少碎的工艺原则,梳棉工序采用轻定量、慢速度、紧隔距、强分梳、多除杂、快转移的工艺原则,精梳工序分梳器件采用"三配套",并条工序适当降低总牵伸倍数,粗纱捻系数偏大掌握,细纱工序采用"两大两小"工艺措施,可确保成纱质量达到乌斯特2001公报25%水平.

Abstract:To produce CJ 9.7 tex by medium cotton, processing parameters of each process were optimized and spinning apparatus was chosen. Processing principle of more opening, fewer beating, early noiling and fewer impurities was adopted in cleaning process, processing principle of lighter weight per unit length, slower speed, tighter gauge, better carding, more cleaning, quicker transfer was adopted in carding process, three matching of comb element was adopted in combing process, lower total draft multiple was adopted in drawing process, bigger twist factor was adopted in roving process, processing measures of two big & two small was adopted in spinning process. Through these measures, yarn quality can reach the level of USTER 2001 25%.
